... it's awful! It tastes like drinking tart powder. Strangely, you need to dry it and steep it before it tastes like the Camomile you buy at the store.
I looked it up and the internet says that, Roman Camomile are Perennials, and German Camomile are Annuals. I wouldn't be too strict on this because I've seen German Camomile reseed itself.
It's a beautiful happy flower to have in your garden. Even if you don't like Camomile Tea, I'd highly recommend adding this lovely to your garden :)
